Beat the Recession! How to Restructure and Revitalize your
Non-Profit Organization

Information and strategies to assist non-profit organizations to proactively manage and build capacity during these difficult economic times.

This full-day hands-on workshop will assist Executive Directors, CEOs and senior management staff to develop and implement a recession restructuring plan.

Workshop Overview:

You will learn how to develop a restructuring strategy by using frameworks and practical tools that will help you to: 

a) assess your level of recession risk preparedeness,

b) assess the impact of the recession on your organization,

c)  assess your organization's operations, programs and services:

• learn how to make strategic decsions about programs and how to assess the true costs of programs and services;
  
• learn how to determine if your programs are "resilient" to the funding changes in the recession;
  

d) develop restructuring scenario plans and tips on how to strategically and financially restructure your organization to withstand the impact of the recession: 

• learn about joint ventures, management service organizations, collaborations, shared services and mergers;
  
• receive dozens of tips will be provided to help you implement
  cost-containment strategies to streamline expenses

e) understand how to manage risk due to financial and strategic restructuring, and

f) implement a restructuring plan.
